The South Portland neighborhood includes three smaller neighborhoods: Corbett, Terwilliger and Lair Hill. This neighborhood is bordered by the Willamette River, Downtown Portland and the Oregon Health Sciences University. The neighborhood has many smaller vintage homes as well as incredible mansions. Newer homes and condos have kept the vintage style. What really is striking about this neighborhood is the quiet tree lined sidewalks so near downtown.
